Night of all Nights

Eh, this is the piece my Art teacher wanted to enter into a contest a couple years back, but I hated it more than anything else I'd done that year. Hardy har, it got a blue ribbon. I think life likes to mock me. I still hate it. XD

Can you find all the random crap hidden in this picture? There's really not that much 'hidden,' but nobody ever notices three particular little pieces of this picture.

It's a depiction of a prophecy for a story I came up with . . . it's the night a fallen star, a giant wolf, a sea serpent, and a dragon all got bound to this forest. It's also the night that, one of the forest princess's suitors returns and asks for her hand. The story behind that is there were two best friends who both fell in love with the same girl, and she turned out to be the princess of the forest. They quickly became enemies and each went on their own quest to impress the princess so she could decide between them. The first went out on a quest to kill a giant lion, and the second went out on a quest to kill a dragon. Both of them ended up becoming friends with the beasts they were seeking to kill, and they began the trip home to tell her they'd let the other suitor have her. The one who'd befriended the dragon made it home first, only to discover that he still had feelings for the princess. So . . . he decided to propose to her. On that very same night, the suitor who'd befriended a giant lion was ambushed by the enemies of the forest, and he would have died had the giant lion not saved him by sacrificing himself and forging the strength of his essence with that of the suitor's. And so the suitor gained the power of lion, and lost hist best friend and his true love on the very same night. He was bitter about it ever since. He even declined the feelings of another girl who fell in love with him later. The castle in the picture is called Nightingale Castle, by the way.

Sorry if that was confusing . . . but that was the story behind this picture. What's really funny is the story behind this picture is only the story about the parents of the actual MAIN characters of the MAIN story.
