She's the beeest villainess. Spell check is also flawed, because it refuses to recognize that villainess is a word.
Pen and white gouache again on this one. The composition looked fine when I sketched it out, but now I'm kind of wishing I'd silhouetted her left hand in her hair. It wouldn't have turned out quite so busy/muddled looking in her chest area. Oh, well! Better luck next time.
